Shipping Policy

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked Ready to Ship will be dispatched within 7–15 days after your order is confirmed.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are expected to be dispatched within 3–4 weeks. These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once all pre-order items are available. To receive ready-to-ship items separately, please place a separate order.

Delays

We do our best to dispatch every order within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to production, supplier, courier, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order takes longer than originally estimated, we appreciate your patience while we work to fulfil it as quickly as possible.

International Orders, Duties and Taxes

International delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections and import procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges. These charges vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Ballermade cannot control or predict the amount charged.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse or fail to accept a shipment, you will remain responsible for the original shipping charges and any return, courier, customs, or handling fees incurred. These costs may be deducted from any refund for which you are eligible.
